I recognize that it is nonsensical, but it remains very amusing to me. The context is in reference to AMD's latest move into producing microprocessors with four cores (<a href="http://slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=06/10/21/1430236">Quad Fathers</a>). <br /><br /> <ul id="commentlisting" class="thread"> <li id="tree_16528577" class="comment"> <div id="comment_status_16528577" class="commentstatus"></div> <div id="comment_16528577" class="full"> <div class="commentTop"> <div class="title"> <h4><a id="comment_link_16528577" name="comment_link_16528577" href="//slashdot.org/comments.pl?sid=201935&cid=16528577" onclick="return setFocusComment(16528577)">These cores go up to eleven..</a></h4> <span id="comment_score_16528577" class="score">(Score:5, Funny)</span> </div> <div class="details"> by <a href="//slashdot.org/~Channard">Channard (693317)</a> <a href="//slashdot.org/zoo.pl?op=check&type=friend&uid=693317"><img src="//images.slashdot.org/neutral.gif" alt="Alter Relationship" title="Alter Relationship"></a> <span class="otherdetails"> on Saturday October 21, @09:56AM (<a href="//slashdot.org/comments.pl?sid=201935&cid=16528577">#16528577</a>) <small><br>(<a href="http://www.godhatesfrags.com/">http://www.godhatesfrags.com/</a>) </small> </span> </div> </div> <div class="commentBody"> <div id="comment_body_16528577">At AMD HQ<br> <br> AMD PR Rep: The chips have four cores.
