I know it is still available for download from this page or this direct link. It is just really bizarre that the the dev's website is dead..

Mechanize is a fantastic library which has been useful to me when data needed to be periodically retrieved and the new content extracted from a page and/or downloaded. Seriously...nice. :)

ipynotify is an excellent file-monitoring library/api for linux/*nix. It worked fantastically for me!

Another cool find.

The Python package Class Library for Numbers (CLN) looks like it would be very handy for arbitrary floating point precision.

csync appears to be much more practical in some instances than rsync. Another thing to look into, I guess..

Siftables are these little spatially aware tiles with all manner of sensors in them. They look incredibly cool!

This Windows XP driver is for a PQI (I think) single slot USB memory card reader. It is available for download it from my site: generic_usb_sd_memory_card_reader_writer_RD0000M636101013_driver.zip. I am only mirroring it because the place I got it from made me click through about 10 or 20 ads just to download it.

After following this nice physical to VMWare conversion guide, things were working great except that there was no networking, and I saw this weird error..

 host smbus controller not enabled

After some googling, I found this which led to this, which said to do:

 sudo rm /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules

I did that, and now things are working great! It seems pretty incredible to me, to be able to totally convert a physical Linux machine into a virtual one!
